The 2024 Vera Bradley Annual Outlet Sale runs Wednesday, May 1 – Sunday, May 5. The first three days (Wednesday – Friday) are for Ticketed Sessions only. The last two days (Saturday and Sunday) are open and do not require a ticket.

The Vera Bradley Annual Outlet Sale is held at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum, located in our hometown of Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Products available at the Sale are primarily retired and overstock items. One of the best parts of the Sale is seeing what surprises are in store! You’ll be able to shop row after row of thousands of fantastic finds — handbags, travel items, accessories — all at can’t-miss prices.

If you plan to make a purchase, you will need to complete a brief on-site registration process at the Sale and provide a photo ID. You only need to register once for the entire Sale, regardless of day attending.

Tickets are required for the first three days of the Sale: Wednesday, May 1 – Friday, May 3. Tickets are NOT required for the last two days — Saturday, May 4 and Sunday, May 5. We do encourage shopping early for the best selection.

Tickets will become available on Tuesday, February 20 and can be purchased at ticketmaster.com, authorized Ticketmaster locations and the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum Ticket Office.

Children 14 years and older will need a ticket to attend a Ticketed Session.

Parking in the General Lot for cars, vans, etc. is $8.00 per vehicle (even on free admission days) with no in/out privileges. Parking for buses or RVs is $16.00. The Preferred Parking lot is $12.00 per vehicle and is accessible from eastbound Coliseum Boulevard at the circle drive (east of the Paul Shaffer Drive traffic light). Cash and credit cards accepted.

Anyone who has a medical need can use a wheelchair at the Sale.

Yes! Qualified motorcoach and bus tour operators can purchase tickets for groups of 20 or more directly from Visit Fort Wayne. Ticket sales will begin on January 2, 2024. Group ticket purchases must be made by calling Visit Fort Wayne at (260) 424-3700. Additional group tour information is available at www.VisitFortWayne.com/VeraBradley.

Strollers are welcome when small children are riding in them, however, the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum prohibits carts from being brought into the venue.

Concessions are available to purchase at a few places inside the venue.

All found items are turned in to the Coliseum Administrative Office, located on the second floor of the Arena & Expo Center lobby. If you realize you’ve lost an item while still in the shopping area, please visit the Customer Service desk.

We will accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and cash. Checks and Vera Bradley Gift Cards will not be accepted.

Special discounts and offers for the Annual Outlet Sale cannot be combined.

Early Bird tickets are noted as such on either the physical ticket or the digital ticket, and must be presented at checkout in order for the Early Bird discount to be redeemed.

There is a $3,500 limit per person. This is for the duration of the Annual Outlet Sale, not per day.

All sales are final.

While we can accommodate a few thousand people in the shopping area at a time, when we have very high volumes of people attending the Annual Outlet Sale, there might be a short wait.

The shopping area is cleared Wednesday through Friday in between Ticketed Sessions. Therefore, we do ask that you be in line to check out by the conclusion of your allotted session time in order to make room for the next session and allow our team time to restock merchandise.

There will be an area where you can stand and sort your merchandise. Fire Code prohibits sitting on the floor at any time. Please be prepared and wear comfortable shoes.

You will be provided with a shopping bag to use while in the Sale. No outside shopping carts, bags, or rolling shopper totes are permitted.
